University student assistance project

This project focuses on students who are struggling financially to carry out their time of study. As we all know in most Ethiopian universities, students come from very different and diverse backgrounds. Prosper Ethiopia wants to focus on the type of students who find it very hard to continue their educational journey due to lack of finances. That is because if the students are worrying day and night about how they are going to afford learning there, they barely have time left to dedicate to their courses, which was the one and only reason they joined the university in the first place.

Street outreach project

Different intervention must be provided among street children who have always been deprived of their basic necessities and whose main concern have always been their survival and protection on the streets; considering most of them are abandoned, neglected and abused even by their own families. There are numerous children on the streets and they demand a special attention because they are the future of our country. And we believe that most of the answers to our country’s problems arise from these children. Therefore, if we help them get back on their feet, they will become an asset for our country

Children care service

The Children Care Service project is dedicated to help helpless children get education through multiple incentives. The children we intend to assist through our foundation are not necessarily “street kids”, homeless, or orphans. But they live a very difficult life. Some of them live with both parents at home but most live with a single parent or a guardian. In Ethiopia, it is widely known that it is difficult for the majority of the parents to put their kids in school where they think their kids will get the best education available. The money they bring home after working all day is not enough to cover the cost of groceries and basic home needs let alone for standardized school fees and supplies. So prosper Ethiopia foundation helps with clothes, exercise books, bags and other schooling materials that will get them through the academic year.
